What Battalion are you Applying for: Rancor Commander Blitz.
Why this Battalion?: Because I think I can grow this battalion If I get the chance to I will be active and I think I can make a good Schedule for Certifications so everyone can Attend and make my Commanding XO Team Such as, Havoc , Colt , Trauma I will be sure to Certifications on
What do you have to offer?: A well made Certifications Doc and Activity I will work on my battalion ASAP after being picked and I will make a schedule for Certifications so everyone can Attend so no one is left out It will not Impossible Certifications - What I don't want that to happen. I want a active Battalion Who people who are not Either rank hungry or Selfish for me not picking them.
Do you have experience on being a commander? List your positions and your experiences with your commanding role: Former 212th WO on Hydronic Networks Former 104th XO, - Server shutdown - Former Phase 1 Commander Rex. Former ARC commander Colt (Different people on different servers)
What is your Availability: Everyday 12-5pm (Sunday's 3-7 )

The Ideas are there but there is just not enough substance. You may have more experience, but the ARC you have set forth is not structured in my opinion well enough. ARC's are best of the best in lore. I see where you are coming from when wanting to implement a lore part to the program.it just doesn't have to go that in depth just basics. And for the rest ARC program should be learning new and advance techniques, callouts, and strategies. And should be held to a higher standard
