But I am a SA on invert networks and Trainer lead.  [b]Why are you interested in becoming Administrative Staff?:[/b] I like to assist in sever growth and  help with server work. [b]What is the role of administrative staff?:[/b] To help players and make sure the server runs smoothly. As well as enforce rules. And try to keep them calm. While explaining a rule to one of our users, another Staff members teleports to you, starts to go against what you're saying and tries to correct you in front of the user, what would you do?: I would take the other staff member to a differnt area and try to get on the same page and see why they were arguing against me and then we would correct ourselves.  Then go and resume the sit. Another member of the Staff team is out and about on the server, you over hear them talking poorly about another member of the team, what would you do?: While trying not to incite drama I would see if we could try and fix the problem but if its really minor probably nothing except be nice. And if major follow COC.  If you disagree with how something is done, will you speak with a Supervisor, or try your best to conform?: Do a mixture of both while voicing my opinion I would do what I was needed. Do you feel as though there is a correct, and an incorrect way to present something, such as an opinion? Please go into detail.: It depends on what it is. If its a argument you want to be as profeccional as possible without attacking. And presenting a contraveral opinion you want to be respectful and not try to force it on anyone.  Do you understand that your Staff duties will come far above everything else in the server?: Yes[/b]
