What Battalion are you Applying for: Rancor
Why this Battalion?: Im good at climbswep and I have alot of experience with ARC related jobs on other servers. Rancor will be a perfect fit for me as I am a good teacher and I am able relay a plethora of useful information and tactics to upcoming ARC cadets. This in turn will effectively boost the skill and precision of future ARC troopers. With my plans and expertise Rancor will be able to perform effectively and precisely during events and be An active thriving battalion on server.
What do you have to offer?: I am well versed in the jobs ARC troopers are regularly required to do. I am a good leader during events and I am able to use my wide variety of skills to complete objectives efficiently and effectively. When it comes to ARC classes I am well versed in the tactics and leadership needed to become an ARC trooper. I convey my knowledge well to others and my teaching skills (especially in climbswep) have lead to many people I taught achieving greater things(future arc troopers, jobs, etc.). I have been a member of many different sobde programs and have passed almost every SOBDE tryout on tamewater as of when i left aside from delta that was on going when I resigned. My Teaching, Leadership, and experience with previous jobs proves that I am qualified for the position. My knowledge of when I must be serious and when it is time to joke around shows that I will also not take the job lightly and create mingy atmosphere within my battalion.
Do you have experience on being a commander? List your positions and your experiences with your commanding role: Commander doom on tw, I lead troopers in events regularly, trained troops into different subclasses and companies regularly as well. During my time as commander i have hosted many trainings and i was able to create many well made sims that i still have access to that can become of use as commander
